There are many photos of Kelly Felix on the Internet if you know where to look. Famous Internet marketing guru, Yank Silver is pictured as the first person closest to you on the left side. Kelly Felix pic is the third one in past Yanik Silver. The photo above was a website Kelly Felix created called: Guess What I Heard.com, which is no longer available. Another Kelly Felix picture with his wife Summer Singagliese is on this website: http://www.workathometruth.com/rich-jerk.php?PC=-sitemap&K=
Who is Kelly Felix? Kelly Felix is also known as the Rich Jerk. Who is the Rich Jerk? He's famous amongst Internet marketers because he's sold millions of dollars of his "Rich Jerk eBook." It is a stimulating guide for intermediate Internet entrepreneurs.
The Rich Jerk, Kelly Felix is known for great material, but offensive ad copy. He uses curse words and the "I'm Better than You" hook that some call anti marketing. I see it as Kelly Felix's knowledge of human nature: people want what they can not have. He dangles something you want in front of you, then he takes it away. For many, that has pushed his ad campaigns into the stratosphere. He even did an ad with shock jock, Howard Stern, which some say cost a small fortune & ended up being a financial mistake.
Personally, I like Kelly Felix's "the Rich Jerk" ebook and ad stategies if you could just take out the curse words and the ads with offensive & often risque pictures. On the other hand, most people agree that grandma's apple pie is a good thing, but not if it's floating on top of a cesspool.
My guess is that Kelly Felix has done very well with the Rich Jerk & he's bored with it and wants to move on to new projects.
Holly Mann, successful ebook author of "Honest Riches 2," was once a promoter of his products, but after after a while couldn't take his over the top language, so she went on to create a competive product & has sold about 20,000 copies. She used the "no thank you rich jerk" campaign to leapfrog her ebook to the tune of a $12,000 a month profit. She acknowledges the keywords: rich jerk & no thank you rich jerk, gave her an edge in the beginning. I'd say that's Internet marketing Judo, where one uses the other person's strength to their advantage.
