Woman Grabs TSA Agent's Breast After They Gave Her a Pat Down

An American hero, 61 year old Yukari Mihamae, grabbed the TSA worker's breast while getting molested 'legally' by them. The woman was arrested for sexual abuse, a felony, yet the TSA agent will probably get a promotion for molesting the Colorado passenger.

How about a little equal protection under the law?

I would like to believe we, the people, still have a little life in us yet. How did we reach the point of allowing our privacy and personal rights as Americans to be stolen from us, and freely given to the corrupt forces that run this TSA program? I am proud, and my hopes are heightened by a woman who has enough pride and respect for human dignity to stand up and be counted against this illegal army of oppression. We, who stand by and watch, should be ashamed we haven't spoken out already. The TSA, and the government behind the TSA, are corrupt and do not have the best interest of the American people in mind. The time to speak out is now, and we are the ones who are left to speak.

I am proud of a citezin brave enough, and right enough, to stand up and be counted against this illegal and unconstitutional TSA. How have we reached the point of giving away our freedoms in order to be kept "safe"? Thomas Jefferson said " the people who will give up liberty for security deserve neither." The TSA, and the government behind it are corrupt and do not have the best interest of the American people in mind. Speak out! We have the power in this country, and we will be heard.

I am reminded of my two trips to Tel_Aviv. They have probably the most thorough security in the world, yet I was never patted down once. The trade off? You must arrived at the airport 3 hours before your flight for one on one exit interviews with their agents and hand checking each bag (checked or not). I personally think that TSA here is a joke and they do overstep bounds, but how then do we ensure our security? If we go to the type of interviewing that is done in Tel_Aviv airport the complaints would only get louder. Our travel lives in this country were changed forever on 9/11/2001. Unfortunately, the Taliban effectively took some of our civil rights from us in the name of fighting terror. I wish I knew a reasonable solution.

Hey Tracey, good points. I didn't know it took 3 hours in Israel in a screening.

Here's my biggest problem, the TSA has the camel's nose under the tent. The government accountability office scrutinized the naked body scanners and said they were a complete failure, therefore billions have been thrown down a hole. Secondly, the TSA knows no boundaries in what they will do to citizens as they are pushing to be above the law...they can feel you up illegally, but it's feloney when we do it to them.

Now, they have announced plans for warrantless checkpoints called VIPR (Viper) to stop you anytime, anywhere and xray you and your car at random. They want to expand into all trains and subways, sporting events, shopping and mall areas, schools and concerts. They will grow and grow with more and more power and they will become power hungry goons which there is already tons of evidence it's widespread in the TSA culture right now.

Personally, I'd rather have the risk...especially when it comes to US citizens, their babies and old folks and frequent flyers.

Our forefathers gave their lives to give us these rights, I don't want to spit on their graves and become slaves of the government with no rights.

This is supposed to be a Republic, of the people, by the people and for the people. Not a people of the government, by the government and for the government.

Once you lose your rights, you'll never get them back in your lifetime. You will live more and more under the boot.
